Returns and Refunds

Thank you for choosing AFERIY products. We are committed to providing you with the best shopping experience and offer the following return and refund policy:

Purchase Channels:

  • Purchases from the AFERIY official website (eu.aferiy.com): You can apply for a return or refund.
  • Purchases from other AFERIY resellers: Please contact the relevant supplier or reseller to learn about their refund and return policy.

Return and refund policies may vary according to local laws and regulations.

Order Cancellation:

  • Within 24 hours of ordering: Customers can contact the AFERIY official store via email within 24 hours of placing an order on (eu.aferiy.com) to request order cancellation.
  • Please note, if you request a refund within 24 hours of ordering and before shipping, a transaction fee will be charged based on the payment channel (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users).
  • After order shipment: Orders cannot be canceled within 30 days.

    Product Out of Stock or Address Issues: If the product is out of stock or if the address provided is incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you via email. If there is no response within 15 days, the order will be automatically canceled and refunded.

    Receiving Lost/Damaged Products:

    • If the product is not delivered or is lost: Please contact us immediately.
    • If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or incomplete product: Please contact us immediately and provide video and/or picture proof. We will cover the return shipping cost.

    Returns/30-Day Money-Back Guarantee:

    • Return service is currently only available for orders within the EU.

    Returns with no quality issues: If you are not satisfied with the product for any reason within 30 days of purchase and there are no quality issues, you can return the item in its original condition (including all products and accessories, unopened, brand new, unused, and in the original packaging) to request an exchange or refund.

    Please note: For returns due to customer reasons, the customer is responsible for double the shipping cost (shipping cost and return shipping cost).

    Self-paid returns: Once the AFERIY warehouse receives the product and confirms its validity, the initial shipping cost and transaction fee will be deducted from the refund (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 4% for Afterpay/Klarna users).

    Special Notes:

    1. We reserve the right to refuse returns for used products.
    2. The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply to opened or missing accessories products.
    3. No refunds or exchanges will be provided for purchases over 30 days old.
    4. For orders that have already been shipped and you wish to return, please first receive the package. Then contact the AFERIY service team for return instructions.
    5. For refused goods, double the shipping cost will be deducted from the original payment.

    Return Process:

    Please email service@aferiy.com to contact the AFERIY service team to initiate the return process. Please provide proof of purchase.

    You will receive instructions on how to properly package and return the product to us. Ensure that the original packaging is returned and that all components are included.

    Refund: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, the refund will be processed within 7 business days. Once the refund is processed, we will notify you via email.

    If you have not received the refund after 7 business days, please contact us at service@aferiy.com.
