Why is the actual output capacity of the P110 and P110-D power stations lower than their rated capacity? |
Regarding the capacity of the power station: The rated capacity of the P110 is 1248Wh, while the P110-D is 960Wh. In practice, the actual output capacity is generally lower than the rated capacity for the following reasons:
These factors result in the actual output capacity being lower than the rated capacity. |
What is the difference between AF-P110 and 1201A? |
In upgrading our self-developed technology, we have enhanced certain features based on buyer feedback for the 1201A:
|
Can the AFERIY AF-P110 be permanently connected to a wall outlet as a backup power source (UPS) for a computer? |
Yes, but please ensure you turn on the corresponding output switch on the portable power station. |
When will the UPS function of the AFERIY AF-P110 start working? |
When the portable power station is connected between a wall outlet and household appliances, and both the power and AC switch of the portable power station are turned on, the product will enter UPS mode (Uninterruptible Power Supply). |
Will the fan on the AFERIY AF-P110 run continuously? When does the fan start? |
The cooling fan does not run continuously; it only starts when the internal temperature of the power station exceeds 60°C. The fan will automatically turn on and start operating. |
What is the noise level of the fan? |
The fan is quiet during normal operation, and when the cooling fan is active, the noise level is less than 60 dB. |
Under what conditions does the AFERIY AF-P110 portable power station automatically turn off? |
|
How do you change the voltage and frequency of the AFERIY AF-P110 portable power station? |
The voltage and frequency settings are typically not user-adjustable. Please refer to the product manual for specific details. |
How many AC output interfaces does the AFERIY AF-P110 1200W portable power station have? |
The US/JP plug standard has 4 AC outlets (100-120V), while the UK/Europe plug standard has 2 AC outlets (220-240V). |
Is the AFERIY AF-P110 1200W portable power station compatible with solar panels from other brands? |
Yes, the AFERIY AF-P110/AF-P110D is compatible with most other solar panel brands on the market. It is also compatible with AFERIY solar panels: AF-S200A1, AF-S100, AF-S400A1. |
Can the AFERIY portable power station be permanently connected to a solar panel? |
Yes, the AFERIY portable power station can be permanently connected to a solar panel. However, during sunrise or sunset, the solar panel may emit a ticking sound (due to an internal relay in the AFERIY power station serving as a protection circuit). This noise is normal and will not damage the power station or the solar panel. Additionally, please note that the portable power bank will experience slight energy consumption when connected to a solar panel with no power input. Therefore, it is recommended to connect the solar panel only during the day and disconnect it when there is no charging effect at night. |
How many solar panels can the AFERIY AF-P110 portable power station connect to simultaneously? |
This depends on the combined power, voltage, and current of the solar panels you choose. You can connect the solar panels in parallel or series. Please note that the AFERIY AF-P110/AF-P110D supports a maximum input voltage of 48V, a maximum input power of 500W, and a maximum input current of 20A. If you use AFERIY solar panels, you can connect either one AF-S200 (200W*1) or two AF-S200 panels (200W*2) simultaneously for charging. |
Is it possible to recharge the AFERIY AF-P110 portable power station using a car's cigarette lighter socket? |
Yes, you will need a single car charging cable (XT90 connector). Please note that the car charging cable should be capable of carrying a current higher than 10A. |
Is it possible to replace the internal battery? |
No. If the internal battery is malfunctioning, please contact AFERIY customer service. |
Can I increase its capacity by connecting it to another battery or power station? |
No. |
How should you store the power station if it will not be used for an extended period? |
If the battery needs to remain unused for an extended period (more than 3 months), it should be kept at 60-80% of its rated capacity (it is recommended to check and recharge every 3 months). Store it in a dry and cool place, avoid contact with corrosive substances, and keep it away from fire and heat sources. |
Why might the AFERIY P110/P110D 1200W portable power station fail to start some motorized devices, even if their rated power is below 1200W? |
Many motors or compressors draw an initial surge current significantly higher than their rated power when starting. This startup current requirement can be several times higher than the rated power, typically between 2 and 7 times more. This can exceed the power station’s capacity, preventing the device from starting. Examples include water pumps, air conditioner compressors, and refrigerator compressors. |
How do you switch the AC output voltage between 220V and 240V? |
AC output voltage standards vary by country. Please check the AC voltage of your device before use. Specific method:
