Why is the actual output capacity of the P010 power stations lower than the nominal capacity? |
Regarding the capacity of the power station, the P010 has a nominal capacity of 512Wh. In practice, the output capacity is generally lower than the nominal capacity due to the following reasons:
These factors result in an actual output capacity that is lower than the nominal capacity. |
Can the AFERIY AF-P010 be permanently plugged into a wall outlet as a backup power supply (UPS) for a computer? |
Yes, please note that you need to activate the corresponding output switch on the portable power station. |
When will the UPS function of the AFERIY AF-P010 start working? |
When the portable power station is connected between a wall AC outlet and appliances, and both the power and AC switch of the portable power station are in the ON position, the product switches to UPS mode (Uninterruptible Power Supply). |
Will the fan of the AFERIY AF-P010 run continuously? When does the fan start working? |
The cooling fan does not run continuously; it only starts automatically when the internal temperature of the power station exceeds 60 degrees Celsius. |
What is the noise level of the fan? |
It is quiet during normal operation, and when the cooling fan is active, the noise is less than 60 dB. |
Under what conditions does the AFERIY AF-P010 portable power station automatically shut down? |
|
Can the AFERIY portable power station be permanently connected to a solar panel? |
Yes, the AFERIY portable power station can be permanently connected to a solar panel. However, during sunrise or sunset, the solar panel might emit a ticking sound (due to an internal relay in the AFERIY portable power station, which serves as a protective circuit). This sound is normal and will not damage the power station or the solar panel. Additionally, please note that the portable power bank will experience slight energy consumption when connected to a solar panel without any power input. Therefore, it is recommended to connect the solar panel only during the day and disconnect it when there is no charging effect at night. |
Can the AFERIY AF-P010 800W portable power station be compatible with solar panels from other brands? |
Yes, the AFERIY AF-P010 is compatible with most other brands of solar panels on the market. It is also compatible with AFERIY solar panels: AF-S200, AF-S100. Please note that the AFERIY AF-P010 supports a maximum input voltage of 50V, a maximum input power of 200W, and a maximum input current of 8A. |
How many solar panels can the AFERIY AF-P010 portable power station connect to simultaneously? |
This depends on the combined power, voltage, and current of the solar panels you choose. You can connect the solar panels in parallel or series. Note that the AFERIY AF-P010 supports a maximum input voltage of 50V, a maximum input power of 200W, and a maximum input current of 8A. If you connect AFERIY solar panels, you can connect either one AF-S100 (100W*1) or one AF-S200A1 (200W*1), or you can connect two AF-S100 solar panels (100W*2) simultaneously for charging. |
Can the AFERIY AF-P010 portable power station be charged via a car cigarette lighter socket? |
Yes, you will need a single car charging cable (XT60 connector). Note that the car charging cable should be able to handle a current greater than 10A. |
Is it possible to replace the internal battery? |
No. If the internal battery is malfunctioning, please contact AFERIY customer service. |
Can I increase its capacity by connecting it to another battery or power station? |
No. If the internal battery is malfunctioning, please contact AFERIY customer service. |
How should I store the power station when it is not used for an extended period? |
If the battery needs to remain unused for an extended period (more than 3 months), it should be kept at 60-80% of its nominal capacity (it is recommended to check and charge it every 3 months). Store it in a dry, cool place, avoid contact with corrosive substances, and keep it away from fire and heat sources. |
Why is the AFERIY P010 800W portable power station unable to start some devices with motors, even if their rated power is less than 800W? |
Many motors or compressors generate an inrush current that is much higher than their rated operating power during startup. This starting current requirement can be several times the rated power, usually between 2 and 7 times higher. This may exceed the power station's supply capacity, preventing the device from starting. For example, equipment such as water pumps, air conditioner compressors, and refrigerator compressors. |
How do you switch the AC output voltage and frequency? |
AC output voltage and frequency standards vary by country. Please check the voltage or frequency requirements before use. Procedure: Briefly press the AC switch. Change Frequency: Hold the button for 3 seconds to enter frequency change mode. 50Hz and 60Hz will blink on the screen. Press the button again to select the correct frequency. When the frequency stops blinking, the desired frequency is selected. Change Voltage: Press the button quickly 10 times to switch the voltage. |
