    Why is the actual output capacity of the P210 power stations lower than the rated capacity?

    The rated capacity of the P210 is 2048Wh, However, in actual use, the output capacity is typically lower than the rated capacity for the following reasons:

  • Battery life protection: The battery never fully discharges (even when the power station shows 0%, about 5% of the battery's energy remains). This is designed to extend the station's lifespan.
  • Device self-consumption: When the power station's AC switch is turned on, the device itself consumes about 20-25W per hour. Therefore, the longer the device is used, the more the station's self-consumption increases.
  • Conversion losses: The power station's battery pack converts DC to AC through an inverter, with a conversion efficiency of about 90%. Additionally, there are some losses in the various circuits the current passes through.

    De P210 maakt een goede eerste indruk, maar….

    De P210 maakt een goede eerste indruk. Maar behalve een paar positieve review filmpjes op YouTube van mensen die hem waarschijnlijk gratis hebben gekregen, lees ik ook dat het apparaat van middelmatige kwaliteit is.

    Waar ik zelf tegenaan loop is dat de zonnepanelen veel zo’n nodig hebben om serieus de P210 te kunnen laden. Vervelend dat ze niet regenbestendig zijn, dat had ik bij de aankoop nergens gelezen.

    Ook ben ik minder te spreken over de BrightEMS app. Ik heb daar de functie om de P210 in de stroomdaluren op te laden nog steeds niet kunnen vinden. Ook vind ik nergens op internet een handleiding van deze app.

    Wonderfull set! We have two solarpanels; one 400watt en one little 100watt. Now testing with charching on solar (when the sun is shinning..) and in the house with 220V. A little fridge installed and it work very well!
