Shopping guide for customers in Ukraine

If you are a new customer from Ukraine shopping on our website, please review the information below before placing your order to ensure a faster and more hassle-free purchasing process.

Step 1: Select a shipping company and warehouse address

Currently AFERIY does not ship directly to Ukraine. Please select a freight forwarding service (e.g.[Nova Poshta], register an account, view shipping costs and confirm your warehouse address.

Step 2: Place an order on AFERIY.EU

You can purchase all products on the AFERIY.EU website. When placing an order, please enter the forwarder's warehouse address as the shipping address and your company address or personal address in Ukraine as the billing address.

Step 3: The forwarder confirms delivery and sends to Ukraine

Please check with your shipping company to see if the package has been successfully delivered to their warehouse. Upon receipt, the shipping company will arrange transportation from their warehouse to your company or residential address in Ukraine, or to a designated local pickup point.

Nova Post is the best-known and most widely used local courier service in Ukraine. It offers broad nationwide coverage, fast last-mile delivery and reliable service, which makes it a strong option for onward shipping into Ukraine.

You can choose the forwarding service that best matches your delivery needs and budget.
AFERIY has a warehouse in Germany. By default, orders are shipped from the German warehouse.

Nova Post supports European forwarding addresses in Germany, Poland, the Czech Republic, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Slovakia and Romania.
We need 1 to 3 business days to process an order. Local delivery takes about 3 business days, while international delivery takes approximately 4–7 business days. Delivery may be delayed for objective or unforeseen reasons. We will notify our customers of delays in advance.
We support the following payment methods:

Yes, the final price including VAT will be shown at checkout.

The VAT amount is calculated automatically based on the VAT rate of your EU shipping country.

For example, if you choose Germany as the forwarding address, 19% VAT applies; if you choose Poland, 23% VAT applies.
In most cases, the forwarding service will handle customs clearance on your behalf.

Services such as Nova Post Global provide professional customs support and will contact you if any action or payment is required.
We currently have a repair center in Ukraine, providing free warranty and after-sales service for Ukraine (if the order is still under warranty).
Yes. All AFERIY products sold on our EU website are fully certified according to EU standards, including CE certification and compliance with the relevant EU requirements for safety, health and the environment.
This ensures that the products are sold legally and can be used safely in the European Union.
Yes. All AFERIY products that contain lithium batteries comply with international transport regulations. This ensures that the products can be shipped safely via forwarding services such as Nova Post Global.
In most cases, no additional documents are required from the customer.
We provide standard export documentation, including a commercial invoice, product description and HS code, and battery compliance information if required by customs.
If local customs requests any additional information, our support team will assist you promptly.
Yes. Most promotions and discounts on our EU website are available to customers in Ukraine. However, we currently do not offer direct delivery to Ukraine, and some gift promotions may be limited. Any applicable restrictions will be clearly stated in advance and communicated by email.
